About the Role

Lead sales strategy and market expansion for ammonia and hydrogen technologies within the industrial and clean energy sectors. This role focuses on achieving sustained bookings growth for core equipment while aligning with broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual business and sales plans for key accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive market entry strategies by identifying new opportunities and coordinating action plans
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across technical, operational, and executive levels within customer organizations
  • Present new product developments and business initiatives to clients, ensuring alignment with market needs
  • Deliver accurate pricing assessments on proposals, balancing competitiveness with margin objectives
  • Prepare and lead proposal presentations and responses to formal bidding processes
  • Monitor performance metrics and report insights to senior leadership
  • Manage expenses in line with approved budgets
  • Uphold company standards in ethics, policies, and team accountability
  • Foster internal collaboration across departments to support customer success

Qualifications

Candidates should bring 5–7 years of sales management experience, ideally within industrial or clean energy markets. Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading sales initiatives is essential. Experience in supplier relationship management and working within global, cross-functional teams is required. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong commercial judgment, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
