Lead and scale a retail sales team in the Savannah, GA market as a Sales District Manager for a growing technology platform serving food and beverage retail businesses. You'll be responsible for building and guiding a team of account executives who sell into convenience stores, grocery locations, and specialty retail shops, helping them adopt innovative solutions tailored to their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on meeting and exceeding targets
- Provide hands-on coaching through full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, including discovery, live demonstrations, and customized proposals
- Conduct field visits to support team members during outreach, trade events, and local partnership development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery
- Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and assess performance metrics
- Drive new business growth across your assigned district with strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least five years of sales experience, including three or more in a leadership capacity. Compensation & Work Model
This hybrid position offers a base salary range of $165,000—$264,000 USD, uncapped commissions, and potential bonus and equity. The role includes remote flexibility with up to 35% travel and regular in-person collaboration.
