Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the US market for our premium architectural glass products. In this fully remote position, you will sell to both commercial and residential projects, backed by a strong compensation model with uncapped commission and a clear system for advancement.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build connections with customers to secure repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM.
- Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels with native English speakers in B2C and B2B contexts.
- Provide excellent, timely, and professional customer service.
- Promote the organization and its suite of premium glass products.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proven capability to overcome client objections.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- English language proficiency at a C1-C2 level.
