Huzzle was looking for a Sales Representative - Real Estate, Finance & Energy

Drive sales in high-demand industries from anywhere

Work remotely to engage with warm and cold leads across real estate, financial services, and energy sectors. Your primary role is to conduct 80 to 100+ outbound calls daily, identifying client needs, budget, and decision-making timelines to determine fit and urgency.

You’ll deliver targeted value propositions using industry-specific guidance, handle objections with empathy, and secure qualified appointments for the closing team. Accuracy is key—ensure all client details are correctly logged in the CRM system to support seamless follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out daily to inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing efforts
  • Assess prospect readiness by evaluating needs, budget, and timeline
  • Deliver clear, persuasive presentations tailored to each sector
  • Resolve concerns and guide conversations toward appointment booking
  • Follow up consistently with unconverted leads via calls, emails, and SMS
  • Submit daily reports tracking activity and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with team leads to refine messaging and improve performance
  • Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and compliance standards

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with support provided through training, feedback, and team collaboration. You’ll work independently while staying aligned with team goals and performance benchmarks.
