Hartmann, a leading international healthcare group, is seeking a Sales Representative (m/f) for the pharmacy channel. In this role, you will have daily field presence, build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent the company at professional events.
What You'll Do
- Maintain daily presence in your assigned territory and conduct regular customer visits.
- Build and maintain long-term, quality relationships with existing customers to improve collaboration.
- Acquire new customers and develop the sales network.
- Inform, educate, and advise customers while presenting and selling Hartmann products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively.
- Perform work with the goal of significantly increasing customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
- Participate in congresses and other industry events.
- Participate in and organize professional seminars, presentations, and workshops.
- Handle necessary administration and report preparation.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary, higher, or university education in a pharmaceutical or healthcare field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Proactivity and a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Accuracy, independence, and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
- Experience in field sales and readiness for daily field work.
- An inclination for teamwork in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Flexibility, reliability, thoroughness, patience, and a willingness to learn.
- Full computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Outlook).
- A valid Category B driver's license.
