Medtronic was looking for a Sales Representative (m/w/d) Cardiac Ablation Solutions - Großraum Sachsen

We are hiring a Sales Representative (m/w/d) for Cardiac Ablation Solutions to take on regional sales responsibility for the Großraum Sachsen area, including parts of Thüringen and Brandenburg, and to establish our therapies in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.

What You'll Do

  • Own regional sales responsibility, including submitting sales forecasts and creating analyses.
  • Increase sales and market share, conducting regular territory reviews with your Sales Manager.
  • Care for existing customers and acquire new customers in electrophysiology, building sustainable relationships with all clinic stakeholders.
  • Execute all sales-relevant measures from initial contact, product presentations (including health economic calculations), negotiation, to closing and therapy implementation.
  • Provide surgical support, application consulting, and train doctors and surgical staff.
  • Organize and execute training events, and actively participate in regional referral events and congresses.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement customer-specific sales strategies in coordination with your Sales Manager, considering market conditions and marketing campaigns.
  • Record and report all clinic, market, competitor information, trends, and developments to management.
  • Develop networks in the healthcare sector to further establish Medtronic therapies for atrial fibrillation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all Medtronic business areas.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed training or a degree in a medical, scientific, or business administration field.
  • A good understanding of the clinical environment.
  • Technical aptitude and good IT skills.
  • Independent, responsible thinking and action, as well as reliability and commitment.
  • Enthusiasm, persuasiveness, and strong negotiation skills.
  • A high willingness to learn and work, flexibility, and resilience.
  • A friendly, open demeanor with pronounced service orientation and high commitment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent German and English.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Complete measles vaccination (due to facility-related requirement).

Nice to Have

  • Previous professional experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Therapy Specialist.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to a Sales Manager.
