Universal Energy Solutions is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative focused on client acquisition for energy solutions in the Dallas area. This role offers paid training and a clear path for growth within a performance-driven company culture.
What You'll Do
- Meet with business clients across the Dallas region to present energy solutions
- Build long-term relationships with commercial customers
- Identify opportunities to expand and support client accounts
- Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients
- Track client interactions and sales activity
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
- No previous sales experience required
- Must be able to work in-person in the Dallas area
- Must be available for regular in-person client meetings
