UES was looking for a Sales Representative (Entry Level) - Client Acquisition - Dallas, TX

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative focused on client acquisition for energy solutions in the Dallas area. This role offers paid training and a clear path for growth within a performance-driven company culture.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with business clients across the Dallas region to present energy solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with commercial customers
  • Identify opportunities to expand and support client accounts
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients
  • Track client interactions and sales activity
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • No previous sales experience required
  • Must be able to work in-person in the Dallas area
  • Must be available for regular in-person client meetings

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing positions
  • Sales internships or entry-level sales roles
