Progress is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth for our luxury lingerie and swimwear brands—Marie Jo, Prima Donna, and Sarda—in Eastern Canada. You will be responsible for managing 70 existing accounts while actively seeking new prospects to expand our presence in the region.
What You'll Do
- Build strong and lasting partnerships with customers based on trust, insights into their numbers, and high service.
- Visit independent Retail Partners and present collections professionally to reach financial objectives.
- Create Key Account Plans to accelerate growth by analyzing data, sell out, and opportunities, supported by allocated marketing budgets.
- Act as a strong consultant to accounts, preparing Sell-In appointments through thorough data analysis to support pre-order advice.
- Work in close collaboration with the customer service team whenever issues arise.
- Maintain the existing customer portfolio while expanding it within East-Canada by prospecting new doors within the premium segment.
- Ensure a strong understanding of the Canadian market.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of wholesale/retail experience.
- Valid Driving License.
- Excellent English language skills (next to French).
