ELVTR is hiring a Sales Representative to transform pre-qualified leads into students through personalized, consultative conversations. This fully remote, contract-based role focuses on understanding client goals and recommending the best educational paths from our course catalog.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs and recommend the best course options.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings.
- Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track your sales progress using our CRM system.
- Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Comfortable with CRM software and familiar with sales tracking techniques.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently managing your time in a remote environment.
- An enthusiastic and proactive mindset for tackling challenges and reaching goals.
