About the Role

Laba Group is hiring a Sales, Relationship Manager to consult clients and help them select courses that align with their career goals across our three educational brands. In this remote role, you will work with inbound leads, develop lasting client relationships, and drive sales performance.

What You'll Do

  • Work with inbound leads by consulting clients and helping them choose a course based on their specific goals.
  • Develop relationships with the existing client base and offer relevant products.
  • Immerse yourself in diverse course topics, from marketing and finance to design, IT, ML, and AI.
  • Maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) by updating information in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients via messengers and email.
  • Achieve sales targets and set new records together with the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Confident command of SPIN-selling or other consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to handle client objections and guide them to a decision.
  • Experience working with a high volume of leads and calls.
  • Capable of independently organizing your work and prioritizing tasks.
  • Take responsibility for results and meeting plans/KPIs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EdTech.
