NTT DATA is hiring a Skilled Inside Sales Client Manager to join our team. This transactional role focuses on mining for new sales opportunities within an assigned list of current clients. You will use a proactive, systematic approach and company tools to understand client needs, manage relationships, drive expansion and renewals, and minimize churn.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how the company can add value.
- Use company sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Present new and additional offerings to clients.
- Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation, and obtain sales orders.
- Build relationships with clients and display an interest in and knowledge of the client environment.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services.
- Identify sales opportunities by managing and growing revenue and expansion across solutions areas in the assigned accounts.
- Comply with and adhere to pre-identified governance and compliance standards and escalate identified problems.
- Adhere to Finance standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risk.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant High School Diploma or Certification.
- Solid experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
- Solid sales and client engagement experience.
- Solid experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
- Solid experience analyzing commercial information.
- Sales business acumen: focusing on planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on business requirements.
- Sales client engagement and management: understanding client needs, effective sales planning, building trust, and managing expectations.
- Sales solution skills: knowledge of company offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends to position as an expert advisor.
- Sales pursuit: skills to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities, with individual ownership and accountability.
