Ready to make a real impact? This full-time, work-from-home role reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement is your chance to supercharge our sales engine.
As our Sales Processes Enablement Lead, you'll be the secret weapon transforming our Junior BDR team's performance. Your mission: align workflows across countries, equip junior team members with killer resources, and maintain razor-sharp productivity and lead quality. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, Training, Marketing, RevOps, and CRM teams to bridge strategy and execution.
You will:
- Lead onboarding and continuous development for Junior BDRs, crafting training on tools, standardized scripts, outreach best practices, and CRM/data hygiene.
- Manage enablement and adoption of key sales tools (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), becoming the go-to troubleshooting guru and ensuring consistent usage.
- Hunt down workflow inconsistencies across markets, streamline prospecting processes, and implement improvements that boost efficiency.
- Define and track KPIs with RevOps, monitor BDR performance, and provide razor-sharp insights to Sales Leaders.
- Keep sales decks, messaging, templates, and enablement materials fresh, accessible, and regionally aligned by partnering with Sales Training and Marketing.
- Serve as our knowledge-sharing central, aligning with Sales and Marketing on strategy and lead generation priorities.
What You'll Offer
- 5+ years in Sales Development, Sales Enablement, or Inside Sales Operations, with hands-on experience supporting or leading SDR/BDR teams.
- Advanced English required; Spanish and/or German are strong pluses
- Proficient in key sales tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Dynamics CRM.
- Wizardry at analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements while juggling multiple initiatives.
- Communication superpowers that enable coaching and guidance across teams, even without direct management.
- A team player with ownership DNA, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
