Hilton is hiring a Sales Performance Management Internship

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Performance Management Internship graduate to join our Commercial Services team for a 12-month full-time program. This role is based at our Area Office in Dubai and offers hands-on experience in performance analysis, reporting, and incentive program management within a global hospitality leader.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with goal setting and incentive payout trainings, including preparation of training guides, SOPs, process documentation and training videos.
  • Assist in preparing Sales Performance reporting, including incentive related analysis.
  • Perform performance curve analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance results.
  • Prepare presentations in advance of calls and work on dashboards in collaboration with other functions to support performance reviews and initiatives.
  • Support Hotel & Corporate Team Members with questions related to their incentives and the use of the Sales Incentive Tool.
  • Support ongoing Sales Performance projects and contribute to the planning, development and execution of new initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduated, or be due to graduate, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026.
  • Able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from the 1st of September 2026.
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Team working skills and problem-solving skills along with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must have Microsoft Office skills i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources to achieve outstanding results.
  • Advanced people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.

Nice to Have

  • Hospitality degrees are preferred; however, we will also consider candidates with degrees in Business, Business Administration/Management, Data Analytics, or related analytical disciplines.

Team & Environment

You will join a team of approximately 214 members based in the Dubai office as part of the Commercial Services team. You will be assigned a mentor for guidance and support.

Compensation for this role is 60,000 AED per annum.

This is an onsite position located at the Area Office in Dubai, UAE.
