As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing sales strategies for designated regions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and rollout of localized sales strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Oversee commercial terms, including pricing structures, discounts, payment conditions, and incentive programs
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, legal frameworks, and industry best practices
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts and external partners
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales conditions and incentives within internal systems
- Verify accuracy of monthly sales outputs, including commissions, bonuses, and credit adjustments
- Generate reports on sales performance, contract execution, and compliance metrics
- Coordinate product launches, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment processes

- Manage end-to-end preparation and implementation of commercial agreements
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a university degree in pharmacy, economics, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience, ideally within sales or the pharmaceutical sector. Compensation & Benefits

Shift-related allowances apply depending on duties: 15% for shift work, 20% for rotational shifts, 70% for night work, and 50% for Sunday or public holiday work. Overtime compensation is available at 30% where relevant. A daily allowance supports remote work when applicable.
