Drive revenue growth for a global education technology organization by leading both B2C admissions and B2B corporate learnership programs. This role is responsible for setting and achieving ambitious revenue goals across international markets, with direct oversight of regional commercial teams and strategic alignment across sales, operations, and product functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and manage revenue targets for B2C and B2B divisions, ensuring consistent performance against forecast
- Develop and refine commercial strategies that improve conversion, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and evaluate regional admissions managers and B2B sales leads across the US, UK, South Africa, and Australia
- Establish standardized processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability
- Optimize the full commercial funnel—from lead intake to enrollment—using data and automation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance CRM capabilities, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools
- Ensure data integrity in CRM systems and deliver accurate, timely pipeline insights
- Use BI platforms to analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with funnel capacity and conversion goals
- Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue modeling
- Coordinate with Student Success and Operations to ensure smooth learner onboarding
Qualifications
Candidates should bring a track record in revenue or sales leadership with experience managing managers and scaling commercial operations. Strong analytical capabilities, fluency with CRM and BI tools, and experience in process design are essential. Prior work in edtech, workforce development, or multi-regional sales environments is highly valued. Proficiency with Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.
