Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years in creative leadership, including at least 7 years leading creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related discipline required.
- Demonstrated excellence through a portfolio of integrated campaigns showcasing strong conceptual thinking, typographic precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop innovative creative solutions that directly support strategic business objectives.
- Experience defining and evolving brand standards, generating original concepts, and delivering high-quality work across digital, motion, print, and product formats.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, team demands, and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Track record of leading creative professionals and fostering an environment where teams produce exceptional work.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments, functional areas, and geographic locations.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience engaging Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities, youth populations, and LGBTQ+ audiences through authentic representation and outreach.
- Background working within or with non-profit organizations that operate under a federated structure.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, and Google Workspace tools.
