Spectrum Association Management is hiring a Team Lead - Site Management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple sites
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for site maintenance
  • Manage and develop a team of site managers
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures
  • Monitor and report on site performance metrics
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Address and resolve tenant and client concerns
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for sites
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for site improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments for project coordination
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices
  • Manage inventory and supply orders for sites
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Handle emergency situations and crisis management
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior management
  • Implement and oversee security protocols for sites
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for regulatory issues
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and management
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
