Responsibilities
- Develop individual and team sales action plans in line with overall business strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Create comprehensive sales plans to capture new market opportunities and materialize current sales leads.
- Identify, research, plan, and engage potential clients to establish new business relationships.
- Anticipate, identify, and understand client pain points and needs, converting them into actionable sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and customized solutions.
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay updated on all SGS services to ensure comprehensive solutions are offered, maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
- Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to meet high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to drive team success.
- Responsible for sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare a monthly sales performance reports on sales activities.
- Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose to clients as appropriate.
