About the Role

The role involves leading a regional team of account managers to strengthen client partnerships, improve service delivery, and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of regional account managers
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and support
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members
  • Set quarterly goals and track progress toward objectives
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key client escalations
  • Ensure consistent execution of account management processes
  • Analyze customer usage and engagement data to inform strategy
  • Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams
  • Lead regional forecasting and reporting efforts
  • Support onboarding of new clients when necessary
  • Promote best practices across the account management function
  • Evaluate tools and systems used by the team for efficiency
  • Represent the team in company-wide planning sessions
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with contractual service obligations
  • Manage regional budget and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with marketing on client engagement campaigns
  • Oversee renewal planning and contract negotiations
  • Use CRM data to guide team priorities and actions
  • Deliver executive-level client presentations
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
