Responsibilities
- Lead governance, planning, and execution of large-scale data transformation programs.
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of modernization initiatives, aligned with business goals, schedules, and financial constraints.
- Maintain and develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of risks and issues.
- Advise on strategic data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines, and real-time processing.
- Provide oversight on modern data architecture frameworks such as Data Lakehouse, Medallion, Delta, Fabric, and Mesh.
- Supervise technical implementation across cloud environments including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators, service level agreements, and program success metrics.
- Lead and coordinate collaboration among cross-functional teams in data engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and business units.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory standards in financial data projects.
