About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping and directing the global paid search strategy to maximize return on advertising spend. The individual will lead a team of specialists, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use analytics to guide decision-making and scale performance.

  • Support market expansion through localized campaign strategies
  • Evaluate and integrate new advertising platforms and features
  • Improve keyword targeting and audience segmentation approaches
  • Enhance attribution modeling to reflect customer journey complexity
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles for budget and goal setting
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
