Lead technical vision and mentorship in a high-performance engineering culture. As Technical Director, you'll shape the foundation of scalable, secure systems while guiding senior engineers and influencing long-term technology strategy. Your role bridges deep technical expertise with business insight, ensuring architecture decisions support both product evolution and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Tech Leads, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Define and uphold technical standards across code quality, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation practices
- Collaborate with the CTO to refine the company’s technology roadmap and evaluate emerging tools and platforms
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing programs, technical forums, and engineering-wide improvement initiatives
- Support architectural planning and project execution across cross-functional teams
- Strengthen technical hiring by enabling senior engineers to lead evaluations and maintain consistent assessment criteria
- Advise on pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions and technical proposal development
- Ensure engineering practices align with client requirements and product objectives through cross-department collaboration
What You Bring
- Minimum of 15 years in software development with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles
- Proven experience in software factory or consulting environments (2+ years required)
- Strong command of agile practices and experience guiding teams through iterative delivery
- Hands-on background with major cloud platforms—GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Fluency in English (C1-C2 level), both written and spoken
- Experience mentoring senior-level engineers and leading performance development
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and influence strategic decisions
- Exposure to client-facing roles, including technical scoping and stakeholder collaboration
