Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

- Represent client interests within the organization and align internal resources to meet their objectives.
- Expand revenue through contract renewals, cross-selling, and onboarding new solutions.
- Analyze client challenges and convert them into measurable business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for master service and license agreements while ensuring alignment with legal and information security standards.
- Encourage teamwork, ownership, and ongoing enhancement of processes and outcomes.
- Oversee project execution to ensure high-quality outputs, accurate data, and compliance with service level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery.
