About the Role

The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering team responsible for MAAS, ensuring the product meets high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in developing and maintaining MAAS.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features.
  • Manage the team's workload and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate MAAS with other products.
  • Ensure the team follows security best practices.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure the team's work aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Monitor and optimize the team's productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Ensure the team's work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
