Responsibilities
- Deliver against an overall revenue quota and establish sustainable revenue streams.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals to drive business growth.
- Develop a clear regional growth strategy, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
- Represent Canary Technologies as a trusted industry expert at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to elevate the brand and drive regional awareness.
- Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional goals with company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Identify and engage target accounts through diverse channels, including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and refine an outbound sales process that can scale across the region.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- End-to-end sales management.
- 8+ years in a closing sales role, with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience selling hospitality software or solutions in the B2B SaaS space.
- A track record of launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Deep understanding of the local business culture with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
