Responsibilities
- Oversee project scope from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through defined quality assurance processes.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to support project goals.
- Lead all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Apply standardized project management frameworks, tools, and templates to define tasks and create project plans.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant parties effectively.
- Control project scope and manage changes through formal change management processes.
- Supervise and inspire project team members to achieve project objectives.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Serve as the primary contact for project-related matters in internal and client-facing forums.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting roadmap development and solution optimization for maximum return on investment.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalating internally when necessary.
- Deliver accurate project status reports to stakeholders at scheduled intervals.
- Manage project revenue streams and forecast future revenue accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records in management systems to reflect current revenue projections.
- Evaluate the quality and operational efficiency of each project delivery.
- Share insights from completed projects to improve future performance and processes.
- Support the evolution of project management practices within the organization.
- Assess final project outcomes against initial goals and success criteria.
