3M is hiring a Sales Operations Leader LATAM to join our global team. You will lead sales operations for the LATAM region, collaborating with vertical and commercial teams to implement strategies that drive revenue growth and business efficiency from an onsite location.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with vertical and commercial teams to define and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Create sales forecasting input to improve accuracy and help with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Define, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Manage global TEBG projects related to responsibilities, including needed change management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of experience in demand generation roles (sales, marketing, or sales operations)
Nice to Have
- Business and financial acumen, as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience across the Marketing to Order and specifically CRM processes
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Business & Functional Leaders
- Experience in transformational projects possibly related to Business Transformation & IT
- Demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations, bring our customer needs to life and effectively motivate and energize teams
- Project management skills
- Advanced influence, collaboration, and communications skills across countries and cultures
- Operating with a sense of urgency and bias towards action to drive growth

Work Mode
This is an onsite position at a 3M office in Mexico or Costa Rica.
