As our Client Acquisition Manager, you'll propel MGID's expansion in Ukraine by onboarding small-to-medium business advertisers and performance agencies. You'll manage the entire sales journey — from initial outreach to contract closure — demonstrating how MGID's adaptive solutions generate tangible business outcomes. What you will accomplish: - Engage with direct SMB advertisers, performance, and media agencies to align their objectives with MGID's performance-driven solutions. - Showcase our native advertising platform, articulating product value and quantifiable digital ecosystem ROI. - Construct and oversee comprehensive sales pipelines — independently managing prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. - Conduct sophisticated market analysis to uncover emerging client segments and growth opportunities. - Design strategic media plans satisfying advertiser goals and ensuring exceptional campaign performance. - Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and Marketing teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and campaign execution. - Generate precise pipeline forecasts, feedback reports, and revenue projections while consistently achieving established sales metrics. - Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities and client interactions within HubSpot CRM. - Represent MGID during industry gatherings, cultivating relationships that strengthen our Ukrainian market presence. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 3+ years digital advertising experience, preferably within performance-based channels like search, contextual, or native advertising. - Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts persuasively. - Thrives in KPI-driven sales environments, demonstrating personal accountability. - Analytically minded and adaptable, rapidly adjusting strategies amid market fluctuations. - Builds trust-based client relationships, especially within SMB segments. - Documented history of client acquisition and successful long-term partnership development. - Exemplifies organizational excellence, reliability, and emotional resilience under pressure. - Possesses advanced educational credentials with continuous learning commitment. Advantageous Qualifications: - Deep understanding of Ukrainian digital advertising landscape and SMB advertiser requirements. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot. - Demonstrates critical thinking and constructive optimism. - Leverages AI/language models to enhance productivity. - Maintains comprehensive digital ecosystem perspective.
