TechBiz Global is looking for a Sales Manager/EU to join our team. In this Business Development Executive role, you will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding our customer base within the trading or platform industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: communicating with leads, scheduling meetings, closing deals, following up, upselling, and handling all activities that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Design and implement business strategies that expand our customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, finance, and legal teams to refine and improve the entire customer journey—from lead generation to account management.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual targets.
- Stay ahead of emerging markets, new product developments, and competitor movements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales within the trading or platform industry.
- Experience or network within the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of the trading market and the technical mind to understand how the different moving parts work.
- Strong connections to UBO or DMs within brokerages and prop firms.
- Ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Fast, consistent, and dependable in follow-ups and communication.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- Able to work under pressure in an individual and a team environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
