You will join a dynamic team to develop data-driven creative strategies and ad concepts for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on sustainable growth for E-Commerce projects.
What You'll Do
- Analyze target audiences, markets, competitors, and identify relevant trends and platform formats.
- Develop creative strategies, concepts, and structured testing approaches.
- Create precise creative briefings for creators, designers, and video editors.
- Evaluate creative performance and derive clear optimization measures.
- Work with the use of modern AI tools.
- Collaborate closely with Media Buying, Copywriting, Design, and Editing teams, and present key insights to clients.
- Continuously educate yourself to stay ahead of market developments and identify new trends early.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Meta Ads, including creative development, preferably from E-Commerce projects.
- Solid understanding of creative frameworks and psychological advertising principles.
- Ability to translate data-based insights into creative strategies and implement concepts independently.
- Equal parts creative and analytical, with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
