Join Sakura Finetek Europe BV, an international organization with a mission of 'advancing cancer diagnostics.' We are hiring a Field Services Engineer to provide frontline technical support to our customers in the southern part of Sweden. You will be responsible for installations, training, repairs, and service, ensuring the optimal performance of our medical diagnostics equipment.

What You'll Do

• Provide effective technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, coordinate, monitor, repair, and install Sakura demonstration equipment.
• Keep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements, and regulations for Sakura products.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
• Complete timely and adequate reporting through the CRM system.
• Participate in various project teams.

What We're Looking For

• A Secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with a technical, mechanical specialization.
• Skilled use of computers and Microsoft Office software.
• A valid local driver's license.
• Residence in the south-western part of Sweden, as you start your working day from home.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to stay overnight when required.
• Good command of Swedish & English, both spoken and written.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to meet training and advising requirements.
• A customer-oriented attitude, able to connect easily and make an impact at all levels.
• Self-organized, structured, and independent working style.
• A pragmatic can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

• Relevant experience as a field service engineer, preferably in the area of Medical Diagnostics instrumentation.

Work Mode

This is a remote position where you will work from your home office in the Skåne län region of Sweden, with travel to customer sites across the southern part of the country and occasional support in other regions.
