TechBiz Global is looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts for clients. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, managing significant monthly budgets, and driving measurable results across multiple advertising platforms.

What You'll Do

Manage large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client online presence and ROI.
Shape digital marketing strategy and ensure effective budget allocation.
Maximize conversions through innovative advertising solutions.
Manage 5-figure budgets per month.
Identify growth opportunities, test aggressively, and scale what works.
Maintain performance efficiency across diverse client accounts.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling campaigns profitably.
Case studies must be provided.
Experience handling multiple client accounts and 5-figure ad budgets per month.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, funnels, and KPIs.
Ability to align ad strategy with client goals and broader business targets.
Ability to evaluate and guide creative performance (hooks, formats, messaging, UGC, video ads).
Confident in analysing data, spotting trends, and making performance-led decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
EU-based and fluent in English.
3 years of Facebook Advertising experience.
2 years of Google Ads experience.
