The Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of Account Executives in a remote, full-time role focused on team development and sales process optimization. This strategic leadership position prioritizes talent growth and scalable systems within a high-growth SaaS startup environment at Hire Hangar.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
- Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io
- Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot
- Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue
- Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
- 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals
- Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours

- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups
- Background in marketing analytics, ad tech, or B2B SaaS
