What You'll Do
As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of 6–8 sales professionals to achieve and surpass revenue targets across a defined territory. Your focus will be on expanding sales within integrated delivery networks, hospital labs, reference laboratories, and physician office settings. You will develop and execute both short- and long-term sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
Requirements
You must have 7 to 10+ years of experience in complex sales environments, particularly within medical devices or capital equipment in healthcare. Proven leadership in laboratory diagnostics sales is essential, along with direct experience managing teams in the IVD space. You should be skilled in coaching, performance management, and strategic account planning. Strong financial acumen, CRM proficiency, and the ability to navigate regulatory and compliance frameworks are required. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory.

Work Environment
This is a field-based role requiring presence in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Upstate New York.
