Salesforce, Inc. was looking for a Sales Manager - SMB North (Nordic or Dutch language speaker)

Salesforce is hiring a Sales Manager for its SMB North region based in Dublin. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales executives within the growing EMEA SMB sales operation, generating revenue, achieving quotas, and fostering a strong team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a growing and diverse team of sales executives.
  • Strategically partner with Regional Sales Leadership to drive scale, innovate, and deliver exceptional growth.
  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading client meetings and engaging corporate resources as required.
  • Manage a high-performance team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings and deal review meetings with the team.
  • Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding closure strategies and opportunity identification.
  • Engage at the C-level in customer organisations when needed and aligned with the account team.
  • Develop the Go-To-Market strategy for the team.
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
  • Attend operations and strategic meetings for the Sales Region and with Sales Leadership as needed.
  • Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team.
  • Enable an inclusive, collaborative, and winning team spirit.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in building/managing high performance teams.
  • Experience in collaborative sales and working with extended teams.
  • Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix / multi-product sales environment.
  • Experience selling transformational technology solutions in ESMB across multiple industries.
  • People management experience of a sales team.
  • A passion for building a growing and diverse team.
  • Proven ability to create and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
  • Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages mandatory: Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, or Dutch.
