Polytech Fibers is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue performance within a defined regional territory for our recycled polyester staple fiber products. You will combine customer-facing sales activity with market awareness and internal collaboration to support sustainable, profitable growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage a regional sales territory with responsibility for meeting revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Maintain regular in-person contact with customers through site visits and meetings.
- Stay connected to market conditions, customer demand, and competitive activity.
- Share market intelligence and customer insight to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met reliably.
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and performance using CRM and reporting tools.
- Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Ability to manage a territory and revenue targets with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-based role.
- Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.

- Experience in fibers, textiles, recycling, plastics, or related industrial markets.
