About the Role

Polytech Fibers is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue performance within a defined regional territory for our recycled polyester staple fiber products. You will combine customer-facing sales activity with market awareness and internal collaboration to support sustainable, profitable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a regional sales territory with responsibility for meeting revenue and growth objectives.
  • Develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Maintain regular in-person contact with customers through site visits and meetings.
  • Stay connected to market conditions, customer demand, and competitive activity.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insight to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met reliably.
  • Track opportunities, forecasts, and performance using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Ability to manage a territory and revenue targets with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-based role.
  • Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fibers, textiles, recycling, plastics, or related industrial markets.
