ROI Hunter was looking for a Sales Manager

ROI Hunter is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by closing long-lasting deals with enterprise clients. You will be at the forefront of shaping the narrative of the emerging Product Performance Management category and closing high-value deals across the EU region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and drive new business pipelines by working with the Customer Success team and partners at Meta, Google, and Snapchat.
  • Close high-value deals with Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) ranging from €2,000 to €30,000 within an average 90-day sales cycle.
  • Sell to e-commerce enterprises across the entire EU region with autonomy.
  • Serve as primary customer contact during the sales, legal, procurement, and data integration processes.
  • Provide support to the Customer Success team during early post-sales customer experience.
  • Influence product direction through collaboration with the product development team, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in simplifying complex MarTech, AdTech, or CDP products for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about Meta and Google advertising campaigns (e.g., how to create, analyze, optimize, or scale campaigns).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate new business pipelines and manage them to successful closures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track record of employing a consultative sales approach with a commitment to continuous learning in online retail and digital advertising.
  • Capable of meticulous use of CRM (HubSpot) and other sales tools coupled with adept relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
  • Familiar with and confident about MEDDIC qualification and SPIN selling methodologies.

You'll be joining the Commercial team within a global department, reporting to the CRO (Luna) and receiving on-the-spot support from the Sales Lead.
