About the Role

Coface is looking for a Sales Manager New Business - Trade Credit Insurance to drive commercial activities in our Sofia division. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating terms, and closing transactions, helping companies navigate uncertainty and trade smarter. This role is part of our Commercial department and focuses on generating leads and building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Develop and establish contacts with potential clients.
  • Carry out business meetings with potential clients.
  • Make offers for trade credit insurance products.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with potential clients.
  • Create and develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Regularly maintain client relations via meetings, emails, and phone.
  • Build strong relationships and create a sense of mutual and meaningful trust.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience ideally within credit insurance, banking, factoring, financial services, or credit management.
  • Experience in sales management and development.
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software products.
  • Good command of English.
  • Clear driving license (active driver).
