About the Role

LITIT is looking for a Sales Manager, Mid-Market - Americas (Central) to lead our team serving the 101-1,000 FTE market segment in North America. You will be accountable for driving revenue, developing talent, and shaping strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Americas.

What You'll Do

  • Be accountable for the revenue results of the segment, understand primary revenue drivers, focus your team's energy on high-impact activities, and partner with Marketing on pipeline generation.
  • Provide consistent coaching to enable all sales reps to achieve their full potential, identify themes for improvement, and help reps grow in their sales careers.
  • Make high-quality hires in lock step with market demand.
  • Have a significant impact in defining our go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish executive relationships with customers by jumping into deals without 'boxing out' your team.
  • Work with Revenue Ops to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions to accelerate deal flow, and continually refine process and tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Managed a team of Account Executives delivering $7M/yr+ of ARR contribution at a growth-stage SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps who quickly become top performers.
  • A teacher and coach who loves helping reps hone their craft, can quickly identify skill or knowledge gaps, and deliver empathetic coaching.
  • Strong mental model for what sales excellence looks like, while being open to new ideas and experimentation.
  • Operational mindset with experience identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to accelerate deal flow.
  • Ability to become a product and industry expert, connecting dots quickly to provide practical advice and relevant stories.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a high-performing Enterprise AE with upmarket deal strategy experience.
  • Has sold complex platform applications to Talent and/or People leaders.

Team & Environment

You will lead the Mid-Market Sales Team serving the 101-1,000 FTE market and report directly to Leigh Brown, the Head of Sales, Americas.
