Drive growth in the future of global logistics
We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise sales in the logistics technology sector, with a focus on acquiring new clients across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing SaaS contracts with senior decision-makers at shippers, freight forwarders, and BCOs.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence in APAC.
- Proactively source leads through outreach, networking, and market insights, then guide them from initial contact to contract close.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, sales tools, and product positioning based on real-world client feedback.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account health after deal closure.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and share actionable insights to help shape both strategy and product development.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within logistics, supply chain, or freight technology environments.
- Experience exceeding targets in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales, ideally across diverse APAC markets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines, qualify opportunities, and work closely with SDRs.
- Self-driven mentality with a track record of operating independently and solving problems proactively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders.
