As an Account Executive based in Dubai, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for new clients, focusing on rapid pipeline development and closing initial deals for enterprise-grade AI and platform solutions. Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with practical GenAI applications.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete sales journey—from initial outreach to contract finalization—within your designated territory
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to refine targeting strategies and elevate qualified leads into active sales opportunities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover organizational needs, particularly around generative AI use cases and integration with business systems like SAP
- Guide pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM updates to support scalable growth
- Customize outreach using light industry segmentation to speak effectively to specific sectors and decision-makers
- Coordinate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and clearly defined post-sale success metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a quota-driven sales role selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of generative AI or applied machine learning concepts
- Regional experience in the Middle East market
- Proven track record selling subscription-based technology platforms or business applications
- Ability to lead value-based conversations focused on business impact and return on investment
