About the Role

As an Account Executive based in Dubai, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for new clients, focusing on rapid pipeline development and closing initial deals for enterprise-grade AI and platform solutions. Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with practical GenAI applications.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales journey—from initial outreach to contract finalization—within your designated territory
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to refine targeting strategies and elevate qualified leads into active sales opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover organizational needs, particularly around generative AI use cases and integration with business systems like SAP
  • Guide pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM updates to support scalable growth
  • Customize outreach using light industry segmentation to speak effectively to specific sectors and decision-makers
  • Coordinate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and clearly defined post-sale success metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a quota-driven sales role selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of generative AI or applied machine learning concepts
  • Regional experience in the Middle East market
  • Proven track record selling subscription-based technology platforms or business applications
  • Ability to lead value-based conversations focused on business impact and return on investment
  • Experience collaborating across presales, customer success, and support functions to close complex deals
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and serve as a strategic advisor, offering insights beyond product features
