What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle sales initiatives to acquire new enterprise clients across the Taiwan region, focusing on strategic account development and long-term customer relationships. Guide prospects through a value-driven sales process—from initial outreach to contract close—using consultative techniques tailored to complex cybersecurity needs.
Partner closely with Sales Engineers, marketing teams, and channel partners to design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain transparent communication with leadership to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
Act as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of industry trends, mastering product capabilities, and understanding competitive dynamics in modern endpoint protection. Provide high-touch support, resolve escalations efficiently, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in managing complete sales cycles within the Taiwan market
- Experience working with channel partners and executing channel-led sales strategies
- Track record of selling sophisticated technology solutions to commercial clients, including engagements with C-level decision-makers
- Strong ability to challenge conventional thinking and guide customers toward improved security approaches
- Proficiency in using virtual platforms, prospecting tools, and sales enablement assets to scale outreach and efficiency
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centric service
- Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to time management, learning, and continuous improvement
- Resilient mindset—persistent in the face of rejection and committed to finding solutions
- Open to coaching, self-aware of strengths and growth areas, and proactive in seeking support
- Business fluency in Traditional Mandarin, both written and spoken
