What You'll Do
As an Account Executive focused on enterprise clients in Benelux, you'll lead end-to-end sales efforts for one of the fastest-evolving productivity platforms on the market. Based in Amsterdam, you'll be the first dedicated enterprise representative in the region, responsible for creating traction, shaping local strategy, and securing long-term partnerships with large organizations.
You'll engage directly with senior technology and business leaders—including CTOs and other C-suite executives—to understand their challenges in collaboration, knowledge management, and digital transformation. By translating these insights into tailored solutions, you’ll deliver strategic demonstrations and build business cases that resonate across departments.
In this role, you’ll negotiate commercial terms, guide pricing strategy aligned with account objectives, and ensure smooth handoffs to customer success teams. You’ll also act as a critical feedback loop, bringing regional market intelligence back to product and go-to-market teams to influence roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years selling SaaS solutions in full-cycle enterprise environments, with consistent success closing six-figure deals
- Proven experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes within Benelux enterprises
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate value through compelling narratives
- Demonstrated success in greenfield markets or as a first sales hire in a region
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure from uncertainty
- Fluency in both Dutch and English required
- Deep interest in collaboration tools, AI-driven workflows, and modern workplace evolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Background at a high-growth SaaS company or in early-stage market expansion
- Familiarity with trends in SaaS consolidation, workplace innovation, or productivity software
- Experience adapting messaging and outreach for culturally diverse audiences within Benelux
