Axelera AI is looking for a Sales Manager - Indonesia to spearhead our commercial growth in the region. You will be responsible for driving and expanding sales across enterprise customers, OEM hardware partners, and channel initiatives, executing the Indonesia go-to-market plan to build strong revenue streams.
What You'll Do
- Execute Indonesia sales strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Deliver assigned revenue targets through proactive pipeline generation and account expansion.
- Own day-to-day relationships with key enterprise customers and hardware OEMs.
- Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with system integrators, ISVs, and channel partners.
- Present and articulate the business and technical value of Edge AI and computer vision solutions.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership and global product, marketing, and engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 7–10 years of enterprise sales or business development experience in high-tech or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven experience working with hardware OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners in Indonesia.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based sales environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills within the Indonesia ecosystem.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed within Indonesia.
