About the Role

Orisha|Openbravo is hiring a Sales Manager Iberia to win new clients and build a pipeline of prospects from the ecosystem of brands and retailers in the region. This is an individual contributor role based in Madrid, responsible for driving steady sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire deep knowledge of the Openbravo portfolio and become a subject matter expert in its value proposition.
  • Research the market to identify trends, follow brands & retailers, and track competitive dynamics.
  • Build a strategic prospecting plan to create a large and growing pipeline, winning new clients from Iberia.
  • Work side-by-side with marketing to generate leads, participating in events and public speaking where appropriate.
  • Establish continuous communication with prospects to identify their key business challenges and present Openbravo solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with existing clients to protect and grow recurring revenue streams.
  • Work closely with Orisha|Openbravo Partners to develop prospects and client accounts together when applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Presales team throughout the sales cycle to present features and demo the product effectively.
  • Grow revenue from the Iberian retail market, contribute to sales strategy, and represent results to leadership.
  • Deliver sales projections, maintain accurate CRM reporting, and support Finance in managing accounts receivables.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience selling mission-critical software within the Retail sector.
  • A proven track record of success in retail software sales.
  • An extensive network of contacts in the retail market at the decision-maker level.
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills, high standards of integrity, and professionalism.
  • People-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel as required for business success.

Nice to Have

  • Other languages like Portuguese are a strong plus.

Team & Environment

You will work side-by-side with the marketing team and closely with the Presales team, reporting to the Sales & Marketing leadership.
