Shiji Group is hiring a Sales Manager to promote and sell our POS solutions across the Nordics region. In this role, you will identify market opportunities and close deals with new and existing clients by analyzing local market dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Build, prioritize, and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts via phone, online, or personal meetings.
- Coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections and capture new business opportunities.
- Introduce the Shiji product portfolio and solutions, including POS, Digital Solutions, and Shiji Payments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software POS within the hospitality or F&B IT industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills.
- Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative-driven person with a get-it-done attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills.
- Deep hotel & hospitality industry knowledge.
- Very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
