Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co.,ltd is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growth and presence in the France region. You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding brand visibility for Dingli’s product line, focusing on strategic development and excellent customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the French market to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new distributors, rental companies, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide training and support to distributors and partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across France as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the machinery or equipment sector, preferably in aerial work platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of the French market with established networks in the industry.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and prospects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
