Hostaway is hiring a Sales Manager (Account Executives) - 100% remote - Europe

About the Role

Hostaway is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team focused on the EMEA market. In this 100% remote role based in Europe, you will drive revenue growth, coach and develop a team of Account Executives, and refine sales strategy to capture market share across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of remote Account Executives across the EMEA region.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, 1-on-1s, and coaching sessions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA market.
  • Take ownership of the EMEA sales pipeline from lead to close.
  • Continuously refine and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Serve as an expert on the EMEA vacation rental market.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • At least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead position, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, languages, and market dynamics across the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a fully remote, geographically distributed sales team.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Proficient with modern sales tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and communication tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions, forecast accurately, and manage team performance.

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience in the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality technology (PropTech/HospiTech) industry.
  • Proficiency in at least one other major European language (Spanish, French, or Italian).
