Agfa Healthcare is hiring a Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive sales of Computed Radiography (CR), Direct Radiography (DR), and Printer systems by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. You will own and manage the sales target for the Rest of Maharashtra region in India.
What You'll Do
- Execute sales and marketing activities for Direct Radiography Systems, Computed Radiography Systems, and Image Management Solutions across the specified region.
- Meet with customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions to Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, and similar institutions.
- Communicate fluently in English and Marathi with Radiologists, Management, and Administrators.
- Identify new prospects, follow up with potential customers, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate and share information with service and sales franchise teams.
- Travel across India for customer meetings as required.
What We're Looking For
- A B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Medical Instrumentation and Imaging.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales of Digital Imaging Products.
- A solid understanding of X-Ray Systems, DR Systems, CR Systems, and Image Management Solutions (RIS-PACS).
- A good understanding of Digital Imaging Solutions.
- Strong customer handling skills.
Nice to Have
- A Master's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
