Aggreko International Projects Limited is looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development in the Petrochemical and Refinery sector within the Houston, TX area. You will be critical in ensuring customers get the electricity, heating, and cooling they need to operate.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including product revenue targets.
- Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities to boost sales and increase market share.
- Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure optimal team performance by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action.
- Attract, develop, and retain the highest quality sales talent for the assigned sector.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of successful sales management experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Prior experience coaching and developing sales representatives.
- Sales leadership acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
